They are usually found in uplands, on moorland, on mountaintops or near waterways."
This one is located in Antrim County, Michigan's Lower Penninsula (map of area)
near the 45th parallel; halfway between the Equator and the North Pole.
This Cairn contains rocks inscribed with the name of Michigan's 86 Counties.
